Ingredients:
- 2 x medium sized bananas
- 100g blueberries (frozen fruit works just as well for a less expensive option)
- 2 tbsp greek yoghurt with honey
- A drizzle of orange juice (optional)
Extras:
- A blender
Now, here's what to do...
- Put the blueberries and yoghurt into the blender.
- Chop the banana into thin slices and add to the blender.
- Pour the orange juice into the blender (if desired).
- Mix until everything has blended together and you have a runny liquid.
- Pour into a serving glass or portable thermos if you have taking it with you!
This smoothie is so adaptable and you can add all sorts of different fruits for a delicious and healthy breakfast or snack.
